The Public Defenders' Funding Crisis & the Need for Reform

This FREE continuing legal education course will discuss our 
state's public defenders' funding crisis, last year's criminal justice reform, and recent developments, such as lawsuits filed by inmates who contend their constitutional
 rights to counsel have been denied because of an insufficient public defense system. Lunch will be provided, and attendees will earn 1 hour of CLE credit.
