Louisiana Juvenile Sex Trafficking

The LACAT has developed a series of educational Power Point presentations to be used as educational tools by communities, nonprofits, faith-based groups, government entities, and more.

The Louisiana Children's Anti-Trafficking Initiative (LACAT) focuses on the need to increase awareness and strengthen the state's coordinated response to prevent human trafficking in Louisiana's child welfare population.

The Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), HP Serve and LouisianaChildren.org were awarded a prestigious federal grant to prevent and investigate child trafficking for those in, or at risk of involvement with, the child welfare population.
