Native American Affairs Advisory Council

The Native American Affairs Advisory Council was created to function as a workgroup to support the work of the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), the Administration for Native Americans and all ACF programs that provide services to Native Americans.The Council website includes resources, training opportunities and related links to services and resources pertaining to Native Americans. Some of the website resources:

  • A Tribal Resource Directory;
  • A Promising Practices Report: Building Domestic Violence Health Care Responses in Indian Country;
  • Training on Working Effectively with Tribal Governments; and
  • A listing of agency liaisons for the Native American Affairs Workgroup.
