This is the second in a series of three webinars to disseminate information about connecting with youth through text and chat platforms. It will explore quantitative aspect of text, chat based services, including pre, and post survey questions, data collection, and understanding help seeker demographics and needs, as well as vicarious trauma and vicarious resilience of the front line worker.
