The Florida Institute for Child Welfare at Florida State University will host its 6th Annual Symposium on May 2-3, 2023, at the Augustus B. Turnbull Conference Center in Tallahassee, Florida. This year’s theme is “Transformational Leadership: Leading at All Levels.” Join us as professionals from all levels of the workforce, along with researchers and students gather to explore the latest research and best practices for transformational leadership in child welfare.
Through this free in-person event, participants will have the opportunity to network with experts in child welfare and engage in interactive sessions on topics that include passion-driven leadership, diversity in leadership, creating a culture of learning and growth, and skill-building for transformational change. With workshops geared toward current and emerging leaders, this is an invaluable opportunity for professionals to learn, grow, and share knowledge and ideas that can help transform the lives of children and families.
