Quality Parenting Initiative (QPI): Real Life Applications

Trainings will provide an overview of QPI including rationale for implementation and benefits to children and families. Vignettes and interactive case discussion will be used to illustrate real life applications of QPI principles.

Learning Objectives: 

  • Participants will be able to define QPI.
  • Participants will be able to state rationale for QPI.
  • Participants will be able to identify strategies for enhancing overall caregiving context.
  • Participants will be able to identify strategies for addressing specific roadblocks for implementing QPI.
