This presentation and the Child Safety Guide are both a collaboration between the National Resource Centers on Child Protective Services and the National Resource Center for Legal and Judicial Issues. The expertise of both these RC’s combines to give the social work and legal communities in the states the benefit of one another’s perspectives on the shared responsibility to make safety decisions about children in care.
