This report presents the Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) strategic plan for providing child welfare services from Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-2024 through FY 2027-2028. An introduction discusses the vision, mission, values, and goals of DCFS, and reviews its organizational structure. Strategic planning components are then reviewed in Section 2, including services under the Division of Management and Finance, the Division of Child Welfare, and Division of Family Support. Performance indicator documentation is provided for services under each of the divisions. An appendix includes a strategic planning checklist.
