A new publication from the Capacity Building Center for Tribes presents a collection of resources designed to improve the safety, permanency, and recovery outcomes for American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) children and families experiencing domestic violence and substance use and the communities in which they live. The trauma-informed resources, rooted in tribal culture, are intended to help each AI/AN community identify and build upon their own unique strengths; keep families supported, healthy, and together; and promote a collective shared responsibility for the well-being of this and future generations.
