This virtual event will present the benefits of performance monitoring and evaluating your family treatment court. The speakers will describe the importance of monitoring and evaluation, the key data elements and information you need to collect, and strategies to implement or enhance existing data collection strategies. Participants will gain knowledge about how to use data to monitor their performance and participant outcomes, implement data-driven decision making, engage in continuous quality improvement and when to engage an external evaluation.
