This report summarizes findings from a study to develop and pre-test a human trafficking screening tool with 617 youth in runaway and homeless youth and child welfare settings. This study was funded by HHS’ Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation (ASPE) in partnership with the Administration on Children, Youth and Families (ACYF) and the Office of Planning, Research, and Evaluation (OPRE), and was conducted by the Urban Institute.
